To provide peace of mind when booking parking, we offer a money back guarantee on all bookings made through our platform if:
The parking space is not available at the date and time of your scheduled booking; or
The parking space address, description or instructions are significantly incorrect or misleading; or
Your vehicle does not fit the space; and
The issue is reported following the steps below within 24 hours of its occurrence.
How to report an issue
Alternative parking costs, parking fines, towing charges, and other fines are not included as part of this guarantee and need to be assessed on a case by case basis.
The cost of alternative or replacement transport is not included.
- 1. Login to your account and go to ‘My Bookings’, select your booking and click ‘Edit Booking’ and then ‘Report an Incident’.
- 2. Describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
- 3. Provide any photographic evidence, receipts or any other information to help us understand the situation.
- 4. Our team will investigate the issue within 2 working days and confirm whether you are eligible for a refund or credit
