Our money back guarantee To provide peace of mind when booking parking, we offer a money back guarantee on all bookings made through our site or mobile app if:
The parking space is not available at the date and time of your scheduled booking; or
The parking space address, description or instructions are significantly incorrect or misleading; or
Your vehicle does not fit the space; and
The issue is reported following the steps below within 24 hours of its occurence.
How to report an issue:
Alternative parking costs, parking fines, towing charges, and other fines are not included as part of this guarantee and need to be assessed on a case by case basis.
The cost of alternative or replacement transport is not included in this guarantee.
- 1. Login to your account and go to ‘My Bookings’, select your booking and click ‘Edit Booking’ and then ‘Report an Incident’.
- 2. Describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
- 3. Provide any photographic evidence, receipts or any other information to help us understand the situation.
- 4. Our team will investigate the issue within 2 working days of your issue being submitted and confirm whether you are eligible for a refund or credit
