It is notoriously difficult to find affordable parking in Brisbane CBD. If you are planning on driving, it is important to plan ahead to avoid circling the streets for parking.
CBD street parking is capped at $13.00 for 4 hours. Nonetheless, street parking is extremely limited and often not available during peak times.
If you are just looking to stop quickly into the city for an errand, 15 min free parking is available on the street and at most car parks.
Casual parking is available at the Myer Centre Car Park for $10/hour or $25 for over 3 hours. Evening parking is also available here for just $5 for the evening. Note, parking here can get very full, especially during peak times.
Alternatively, Secure Parking has a number of locations in Brisbane CBD with competitive early bird rates available.
You may prefer to lock in a permanent parking spot and save yourself the trouble of having to think about parking every day. Arranging monthly parking (whether it’s 24/7, just Monday to Friday, or for a few days a week) is also something Share with Oscar can help with. Monthly parking is also generally cheaper than booking daily as you are locking yourself in for the month.
Share with Oscar now also offers monthly parking across Brisbane CBD. If you’re looking for a secure and undercover space with unlimited parking access to your spot, then you’re in the right place!
Check out our range of cheap monthly parking options here.
The easiest way to get into the CBD is via public transport. You can do this via bus, train or if you are in the mood for a more scenic ride, via ferry. Once you are in the inner city, catch either the City Loop or Spring Hill Loop bus service for a free ride in the city. Buses arrive every 10 minutes.
