Conditions of Entry

By entering and using this car park, you agree to the following Conditions of Entry:

1. Use of the Car Park
   This car park is private property. Entry and parking are permitted only in accordance with the applicable booking, permit, signage, and instructions provided by the car park operator.
2. Parking in Designated Areas
   Vehicles must be parked only in the allocated or designated parking space. Vehicles must not obstruct driveways, accessways, other vehicles, pedestrian areas, fire exits, or emergency access points.
3. Valid Booking or Authorisation
   A valid booking, permit, access credential, or other authorisation may be required before parking. Vehicles parked without valid authorisation may be subject to removal or other action as permitted by law.
4. Vehicle Information
   You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle registration and other details associated with your booking or permit are accurate and up to date.
5. Compliance with Instructions
   All drivers and passengers must comply with displayed signage, speed limits, directions, safety requirements, and reasonable instructions issued by the car park operator or property management.
6. Liability
   Vehicles and personal belongings are left in the car park at the user’s own risk, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. The car park operator is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or property to the extent permitted by law.
7. Damage
   Any person who causes damage to the car park, property, equipment, gates, barriers, or another vehicle may be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
8. Safety and Security
   For safety and security purposes, the premises may be monitored by CCTV or other security systems. By entering the premises, you acknowledge that monitoring may occur in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
9. Prohibited Activities
   You must not engage in any unsafe, illegal, abusive, or disruptive behaviour while using the car park. Dangerous driving, excessive noise, unauthorised repairs, dumping of rubbish, or other activities that may cause damage or inconvenience are prohibited.
10. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Vehicles
    The car park operator reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse entry, cancel access, or take appropriate action in relation to vehicles or persons who breach these Conditions of Entry.
11. Acceptance of Conditions
    By entering or using this car park, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Conditions of Entry.
